Where do you deliver to?
We offer free express delivery to all of mainland U.K. If you have any special requirements with your delivery, please contact the My Bespoke Bed Service Department.
I'm not moving in for X amount of time, can you hold my order?
We are able to keep hold of your bed for a 6 month period only. What you need to do is in the note section upon checkout leave your delivery instructions and we can get this all arranged for you. Please note we do need at least 6-8 days notice prior to your preferred delivery date. We can’t guarantee we will be able to deliver on the specified date however we will do our best to accommodate you!
Can you assemble my bed?
Yes, we offer an assembly service for an additional cost which is dependant on the style of bed you have ordered. For more information, please contact the My Bespoke Bed Customer Service Department.
How long will my delivery take?
All our beds are delivered within 14 days from when your order is made. You will receive an order confirmation via email which will state your delivery date.
What if I miss my delivery?
In the event you miss your delivery, your bed will be returned to our operations centre, and you will be contacted to rearrange a convenient delivery date. Please note any missed delivery will incur a £30 additional charge.
Where are your beds made?
All our beds are designed and manufactured in the U.K at our operations centre.
Do you have a showroom?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a showroom available at this time.
However, we feel that the customer images that can be seen via our social media pages reflect the quality of our products and customer satisfaction!
